Yummy Bread

Aloha dear, rainy day outside there. 

Today me n my sistah cooked some easily snack, "Roll Fried Bread"..

It's so simply n easily recipe.

Do ya wanna kno it?

Let's check it out, :P :D

The main ingredient is dry bread, (roti tawar).

Put away the sides of it, n press it until thinned.

For the filling of the bread, u need chicken or meat and onion.

U've must to dice the chicken and slice the onion. 

Saute both of them until half cooked. Don't too cooked, cause we'll cook it again.

 Prepare eggs and breadcrumb, shake the eggs like we gonna make an omelet.

Next step, take the bread and filling it with the half cooked chicken.  

Coat it with the eggs, and cover it with breadcrumb..

Last, fried that bread until look like golden brown. 

For the sauce, u can fix mayonaiise with chilli sauce.

Fiooowwwllaaa, u made a yummy and easy snack..

Easy rite? I often make it for my snack.. :D

Next time, I'll write another simple recipe.

btw, this recipe inspired by Farah Quinn my one of my fave chef. 

She praticed this recipe in her tv show "a la Chef". (but there's a lil differences between her recipes with mine, she far better than me. I really amazed with her :DD ))

Sunny Day

Hello world, today was sunny day... *sigh*

It's very hot out there, I don't go anywhere. Just stayin at home all day long. 

Tomorrow is China's New Year, Gong Xi Fa Cai for all of u who's celebrate it. :)

Am a told u bout my plan today?? 

Yes, I've planned that today I'll go to restaurant with my bestie, but unfortunatelly we cancelled it. Bcause she's got sick. 

Get well soon sist. :)

So, i spent my whole day at my home doing cooking, watching, n writing my blog. Above all that things I've done there's no time, just a lil time to doing my final essay. lol. 

OMG, I am so lazzy to start think bout it. :(

But, I'll tryin to make it after i wrote this blog.

Btw, I wanna make drink sweet n cold for this sunny day, but I've no idea yet. 

Do ya all hve some idea?? :x

Maybe I wanna make frozen yogurth, it will b delicious for this sunny day.

This is my writings bout tv series that i wrote on 8 October 2010.

This is a great drama movie. The story about a man (Matt Dallas) who doesn't know anything about himself, because of he has amnesia. Nicole a psychiatry trying to help him to know who he is in the past. Nicole take him to her house and give him name, Kyle. Kyle starting to live his life with his new family, Nichole's husband, Lori and Josh, Nichole's daughter and son.
At the beginning Nichole's families doesn't accept Kyle as their new member of family, but when they past day by day together, Nichole's family started to accept him as their new member.
Kyle always trying to remember who he is.  He helped by Nichole and Nichole's family to find who he is in the past.
Okay, I think enough to tell about the formal information , now lets talk about my opinion.
This is so amazing movie, I love the story but I love Matt more.. He was so  cute, handsome, OMG he's totally awesome.. I love him…!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now I watching that movie. The first season of it, now I started watch the second season.. It was really great movie.. :)

Hello dear,

as usual in the middle of night, i can't sleep yet. Still in front of my notty, trying to fill the empty sheet.

I've no idea yet for my final essay. :(

how poor i am.

however i always believe i can do it! :D

Btw, I've no idea what the topic for this writings. Maybe this part i just wanna sharing. :p

I've a nice day like usual, thx God. :)

I've got new place which is sell soo delicious pempek (traditional food from Palembang-south Sumatra INA). I love their pempek kulit, it's soo yummy.. :q

I ate 6 Pempek n 1 Model, how greedy rite. :D :P

Tomorrow i've planned to go wid one of my bestie to one of restaurant which is serving Roasted Iga..

My sist told me that place have a delicious Roasted Iga, n i wanna try it.. :D

wanna come too?? lol 

Ok that's enough i think, i wanna starting again to think bout my final exam.

My lovelii fave actor Josh Duhamel

Josh Duhamel, he's one of my fave actor. He's so charming, gorgeous, n soo MAN.. :D

Beside that, he has great body and awesome voice. 

I love him a lot.. :DD

First time I saw him in When in Rome movie. He played role as Nick.

In this movie he filmed with Kristen Bell as Beth. 

This movie tells about Beth a young, ambitious New Yorker who is completely unlucky in love.

However, on a whirlwind trip to Rome, she impulsively steals some coins from a reputed fountain of love, and is then aggressively pursued by a band of suitors. 

That's the first time i saw him in movie. Before that, he has played in Transformer as Military Captain by the name of Lennox. 

I knew about that after I watched When in Rome. 

His another movie that i know is Life as We Know It. He played with Katherine Heigl.

Hi world, it's 12:38 AM. 

My first time to write down something on my new blog, in new month of 2011, on February.. :) 

I don't know what kind of topic i wanna write in my blog, i'm not a creative person. :P

But I'll try to write down something that i thought it's interesting for me. 

hehe.

Uhm, btw I love cooking.

I love making something yummy to eat, but don't misunderstanding bout my statement.

There's no guarantee that love cooking means CAN cooking.

lol

 

Tonite i cooked spaghetti n fettuccine for my Mom, my Sister's n my Bro..

just simply food, but they thought it's soo delicious.

i'm soo happy to heard that, :D

hehe.

But really, it's soo simply.

If u wanna make it too, u just need spaghetti n d bolognaise sauce.

For the sauce, u can make it, or buy the instant one in mall.

Beside that for the adding in ur spaghetti, u can add some meat, chichken, veggies n mushrooms.

Those of that things was awesome combination in ur spaghetti.

note: don't put many salt on ur instant sauce. coz i think it's already salty. 

Tomorrow (today, coz it's already Tuesday), I've planned to make toasted chicken bread for my whole family.

It's simply food too, very easy.

I'll tell u. :D

Enough for tonite, I feel sleepy now.
